Accessibility Statement

Last updated 5 August 2026 · AYNAM Limited trading as Smartmonies

We want every child to be able to learn with us, whatever their needs. This page explains where we are, and is honest about what we have not got to yet.

What we have done

  • Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast
  • The site works on phones, tablets and computers
  • Links and buttons show a visible outline when moved through with a keyboard
  • Animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for that
  • Headings are structured so screen readers can navigate the page
  • Images carry text descriptions

Where we fall short

We would rather tell you than let you discover it:

  • Some of the interactive games in the digital lessons rely on dragging, which is difficult without a mouse or touchscreen
  • We have not yet had the site formally audited against WCAG 2.2
  • Some lesson content has not been fully tested with screen readers

We are working on these. The drag-based activities are our priority.

Adjustments we can make

Our classes are one-to-one, which means we can adapt in ways a classroom cannot. Tell us what your child needs and we will do our best:

  • Slower pacing, or more breaks within a class
  • Materials in larger print or a different format
  • A teacher briefed in advance about how your child learns best
  • Adjustments for dyslexia, ADHD, autism or a hearing or visual impairment

Use the notes field when you sign up, or email us. This is not a formal process — just tell us and we will sort it.

If a part of the site is stopping you doing something, email info@smartmonies.co.uk. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will help directly while we fix the underlying problem.

Telling us about a problem

We aim to reply to accessibility reports within 5 working days. If you are not happy with our response, our Complaints Procedure explains what to do next.
